This tree is really beautiful. It's very full, has a ton of lights, and feels nice. We've been buying real Christmas trees for about two decades now and have decided to get a balsam hill tree because they seem to resemble the look and feel of real trees quite well.

This Vermont White Spruce does not disappoint! There are so many branches and the frames feel sturdy and are very pliable. I can point and curve each one just where I want, and they seem very sturdy to where they'll hold ornaments with no problems.

With 2,880 lights on this thing, it is so bright! Really, it's too bright at night, but they're dimmable so it's not a problem. This is so much better than stringing lights every year and they light up inside and out which I love.

These trees are not cheap and it will take years to make it worth it, but the quality feels like it will hold up for years so it will eventually pay off.

One of the things I hate most about artificial trees is fluffing them. With 7 pieces (yes,7 pieces) and 12 feet tall, that's a lot of fluffing! The included gloves are a nice touch so I don't scratch myself up. Plus it really isn't very poky except for the very inner part of the branches which are just the plastic or PVC needles. I feel like the next time I fluff this tree it will take less than half the time since much of the spreading is already done. It took me about 7 hours to fluff! It's packed very tight from the factory and I did not repack it nearly as tight.

Something to consider is the space you need for storing this. It comes with 3 bags to store it. I wish the bags were labeled to show which pieces should go in which bags. I should've kept track when unpacking them. It's not easy getting everything in the bags, but it works. I store them in my garage on suspended racks and it takes up a solid 4'x4' space about 30" high.

Tree looked nice set it up worked great for about a week and a half then suddenly it started pulsing getting brighter and dimmer not turning off just getting brighter and dimmer. After several attempts. I got hold of someone to question them. I was told to check the connections which had been done, I was told to plug it in to a different outlet, which was done then I was told to check the bulbs on the tree to make sure they were plugged in correctly. I said I'm not doing That. I paid a lot of money for this tree. It's only been up about two weeks at this point and I shouldn't have to worry that the bulbs are loose or something's wrong and that's an awful lot of work for me to do to check an entire tree full of bulbs. We check the connections to the foot pedal And it seemed to work for a while, but once the tree is on for about 10 minutes, the pulsing dimming and brightening starts up again I'm waiting to hear back from someone now to tell me what to do so far no message I get expected better customer service and a very hesitant to take a tree down 10 days before Christmas and mail it to someone and then have no tree the tree was never knocked over the tree was never yanked on a pulled on

From the point I began opening the box, putting this tree together became an experience to savor. The tree is such a high quality that I made it into an evening project. I sipped a glass of wine, donned the included silky gloves and carefully spread out each limb while listening to music. I invested in the Twinkly lights and have been having fun each day deciding the theme for the day and programming my own colors. That's the only part that's taking me some time to figure out. Creating my own colors and movement for the lights is not intuitive, but I do understand that's more on Twinkly's end. I believe it will get better with practice. The tree is a constant source of joy and I'm so glad I finally splurged on a pre-lit tree for our home.

I am the Goldilocks of the Christmas trees this year. First, I ordered the 7.5' full size tree. It came and I realized it was 5.5' around and probably wouldn't fit the space so I returned it. As soon as Fed-Ex scanned in the return, I was refunded the full amount. The next tree was this 6.5'narrow, I unboxed it and set it up and immediately wanted the 7.5' but in the narrow size. So I tried my best to get it back in the original box and in the same order it was packed when I got it. I don't do too bad of a job. Again, as soon as Fed-Ex scanned it in, I had a full refund. I then ordered the 7.5' narrow and am happy with that! I think the first tree (the 7.5' full size would have fit just fine) but I didn't want to upset the delivery driver for a fourth tree!!! Who knows what he was thinking... this lady.. again?!?! It looks real and is a breeze to put up! It goes together in 5 min and takes 30 to fluff up. I love that it has a toe touch switch to turn on/off. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a tree from Balsam Hill!! I'm sorry I didn't purchase one sooner!! Forever a customer!
